India slips to 5th place in World Test Championship list

New Delhi, January 15 (Agency) India, which lost the series by 7 wickets to South Africa in the Cape Town Test, slipped to the 5th spot in the World Test Championship list. The Indian team, the runner-up of the WTC first season, is currently in fifth place in the second season and has 49. 07 percentile marks (PCT). India played nine Tests in the second season, winning four, losing three and drawing two. India has a total of 53 points, but the calculation is done by PCT. India 55 after the second test. Fourth with 21 pct points and South Africa was fifth with 50 pcts. South Africa moved to fourth place after winning the Cape Town Test. Sri Lanka is on top with 100 PCTs, while Australia is second and Pakistan is third. Previous champions New Zealand are in sixth place.
