Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav was seen fishing in a pond in Tarapur assembly constituency in the course of campaigning for the by-elections to two assembly seats in Bihar. During this, Tejashwi also trapped two small fish in his fork. Tejashwi Yadav is at the camp in Tarapur these days and is meeting people and holding meetings regarding the by-elections being held in Kusheshwarsthan and Tarapur in Bihar.

Meanwhile, on Monday, Tejashwi Yadav visited various villages of Tetia Bambar block, also met people and workers. His eyes fell on a pond where children were fishing. Tejashwi stopped his convoy and started fishing himself. During this, he also trapped two small fish with his fork. Tejashwi looked very happy after fishing. Many people also made a video of Tejashwi killing fish, which is now going viral on social media.

Here, Rashtriya Janata Dal tweeted Tejashwi’s fishing video from its official Twitter handle and wrote, Tejashwi Yadav ji has caught ‘small fish’ in Nitish Kumar’s style today (but not intentionally like Nitish ji), But when we come to the government, we will catch the ‘big fish’ that is, the real corrupt ‘players’ behind the scenes.

During the election campaign, Tejashwi Yadav was also seen roaming in the paddy fields. He even touched the paddy bales and saw them. Tejashwi later tweeted these pictures from his Twitter handle and wrote, “As captivating and natural as the view of the swaying fields, the plight of our farmers is as painful as it is now. As much as a farmer is happy to see his thriving fields, I wish he can be happy when he can sell his crop at a reasonable MSP. In the NDA government of Bihar, crops are not sold even at half the MSP.
