Paralysis patients include wheat, barley, millet, pulses, green vegetables, cabbage, broccoli, pomegranate, phalsa, grapes, turmeric, apple, papaya, orange, cherry, watermelon, and things like asafoetida, celery, vinegar, sesame, ghee, Milk, coconut water, green tea, olive oil, almonds, ginger, garlic, flaxseeds can be used.

What should paralysis patients not eat?
Cereals – new cereals, maida
Pulses – tur, peas, gram
Fruits and Vegetables- Potato, Tomato, Lemon, Jamun, Bitter gourd, Banana, Okra, Cauliflower
Other- Excessive consumption of oil and ghee, betel nut, excessive salt, puri, samosa, chaat-pakoras, butter, ice cream, tea, coffee
Heavy food – Chole, kidney beans, urad gram, peas, soybean, brinjal, jackfruit, cold food, paneer, chocolate, fried and easily digestible food

Strictly avoiding things for Paralytic Patient- Oily spicy food, Non-vegetarian and non-vegetarian soups, Pickles, High salt, Cold drinks, Bakery products, Alcohol, Fast food, Soft drinks, Canned foods, Junk food

Things to keep in mind during the treatment of paralysis
Eat fresh and light hot food, take food slowly and peacefully in a quiet place, keep a positive and happy mind, must eat three to four times, do not skip meals at any time and avoid overeating, chewing the food properly and eat slowly, walk 3-5 minutes after meal, wake up before sunrise (5:30 – 6:30 am), brush twice daily and brush tongue regularly, a little after meal Take a walk and sleep at the right time at night (9-10 PM)

Diet Plan for Paralysis Patients
A normal diet plan is being told for patients of paralysis, who can ignore it if they have allergies.
One should drink a glass of lukewarm water after waking up in the morning without washing the mouth.
-A cup of milk, porridge, poha, upma, sprouted grains, a bowl of vegetables, fruit salad like banana, apple, papaya, cherry, watermelon, mango, pomegranate etc. should be taken in breakfast from 8 to 8:30 in the morning.
One can take a bowl of rice, green vegetables, lentils, a plate of salad between 12.30 and 1:30 for the day’s meal.
A cup of herbal tea and vegetable soup should be drunk between 5 and 6 in the evening breakfast.
One can take a bowl of green vegetables, a bowl of lentils, one or two thin rotis for dinner between 7 and 8 o’clock.
Ashwagandha powder can be taken with a glass of milk before sleeping at night.

Physiotherapy in Paralysis
Paralysis is usually treated to deal with the symptoms and restore muscle movement. Physiotherapy helps patients of paralysis to a great extent. In this, the doctor also asks the patient to continue the session of physiotherapy until the lost movements of the patient come back. This treatment requires a lot of patience and strong will.
